Fake Tupac Story Caused by Lulz Boat PBS Hackers Now Circulating on The Web

Anne Bentley, PBS' Vice President of Corporate Communications, confirms on Monday that a group of hackers called "Lulz Boat" attacked PBS's servers, posting stolen passwords and other sensitive PBS information and posted a fake news story on its website claiming dead rapper Tupac Shakur who was murdered in 1996 is still alive and well in New Zealand.

"Lulz Boat", a group who described themselves as "a small team of 80-year-old men and people who smoke on webcam", is reportedly the same group responsible for the hacking complained about a recent Frontline investigative news program on WikiLeaks.
